• Admin Fee: Administrative processing fee to cover lease preparation, $100 per unit/one-time. 
• Security Deposit (Refundable): Refundable deposit covering potential damages and unpaid rent per lease terms, $350/one-time.
• Rent: One Bedrooms are $1,725 and Two Bedrooms are $1,999.
